Returns and Refund Policy – FERATTO

At FERATTO, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns and offer refunds under the terms outlined below:

Return Period

You have up to 30 calendar days from the date of receiving your product to request a return, in line with the right of withdrawal under European Union consumer protection laws.

Conditions for Return

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact.

Damaged products due to misuse or modifications will not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

Send an email to support@feratto.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond with instructions on how to send the item back.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a defect or shipping error, FERATTO will cover all costs.

In cases of change of mind or dissatisfaction, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund

Once the product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed using the same payment method as the original purchase, within 7 working days.
